Orange and Green Salad

Ingredients

2 cups salad greens, *see note

1 small navel orange, peeled and sliced

1 scallion, finely chopped

1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil

1 tbsp balsamic vinegar

1 tbsp orange juice

salt and pepper, to taste

In a salad bowl, PLACE salad greens, oranges and scallions.

In a small bowl, COMBINE oil, vinegar, orange juice, salt and pepper.

POUR dressing over greens; TOSS.
