COOK noodles according to package instructions until barely tender.
2.
DRAIN; ADD garlic to melted butter; TOSS immediately with noodles.
3.
ADD the cheeses; MIX with two forks, LIFTING noodles high so that the steam will escape.
4.
When each noodle is well coated with cheese, POUR heated cream over the noodles; MIX lightly.
