In a large mixing bowl, MIX graham cracker crumbs, melted butter and powdered sugar.

PRESS mixture into an 8-inch square baking pan.

MIX coconut and sweetened condensed milk; SPREAD evenly over crumbs.
4.
BAKE at 350F for 15-20 minutes.
5.
MELT chocolate chips in microwave or in double boiler over hot water; SPREAD over cooled bars.
