BUTTERFLY prepared shrimp; SET aside in refrigerator; LIGHT grill.

In a small saucepan over medium-low heat, MELT butter; ADD garlic; COOK until softened, 2-3 minutes, STIRRING occasionally.

ADD tomato sauce, brown sugar, red pepper flakes and lemon juice; BRING to simmer; STIR to dissolve sugar; REMOVE from heat.
4.
SKEWER shrimp; PLACE on hot grill; COOK 3 to 5 minutes, TURNING once; BASTE well with sauce while cooking.
