PREHEAT oven to 400°.

In a shallow bowl, MIX lemon juice and butter.

In a separate shallow bowl, MIX flour and seasonings.

DIP filets in lemon juice mixture, then in flour mixture to coat both sides; SHAKE off excess.
5.
COAT a baking dish with cooking spray; PLACE filets evenly in the dish; DRIZZLE with remaining lemon juice mixture.
6.
BAKE until fish just begins to flake easily with a fork, about 12 to 15 minutes.
7.
MIX parsley and lemon zest; SPRINKLE over baked fish.
