In a shallow bowl, SPRINKLE chicken pieces with the garlic, black pepper, basil, and 1/2 teaspoon salt.

In a large skillet, HEAT oil over medium heat.

ADD seasoned chicken to skillet; COOK on each side until chicken is golden brown and no longer pink, about 3-4 minutes per side; REMOVE from skillet; keep WARM.

WIPE skillet clean; ADD chicken broth; bring to a BOIL.
5.
STIR in orzo; RETURN to BOIL; REDUCE heat; COVER skillet; let SIMMER 8-10 minutes or until orzo is tender (note: may need to add more water).
6.
STIR in spinach, tomatoes, lemon juice, lemon zest and remaining salt.
7.
RETURN chicken to skillet; ADD cream, STIRRING until ingredients are combined.
