CUT together the butter, powdered sugar and flour until mixture resembles corn meal; ADD coconut flakes; STIR in to mix.

Using fork, PRESS mixture into 13 X 9 X 2-inch ungreased baking pan.

BAKE at 350F for 15 minutes; COOL.
Filling
1.
PUT eggs, sugar, juice and peel in blender (or mixer); BLEND until thick and smooth.
2.
ADD the 1/4 cup flour and baking powder; BLEND to combine; POUR mixture over cooled crust.
3.
BAKE 350 Ffor 25 minutes.
4.
SIFT powdered sugar over top; let COOL; CUT into bars.
