Ingredients

15 ounce cans dark kidney beans

1/4 cup mayonnaise

1/4 cup catsup

3 eggs, hard-boiled, sliced

1/2 cup celery, diced

2 tbsp onion, minced

2 tbsp sweet pickle relish, or to taste

1/2 tsp salt

1/2 head lettuce, torn

Directions

1.

RINSE kidney beans with hot water to remove sauce.

2.

MIX mayonnaise with catsup; COMBINE with beans and other ingredients.

3.

CHILL; SERVE on lettuce leaves.
