In a medium mixing bowl, COMBINE the 8 meatball ingredients; SHAPE into 3/4" balls.
2.
In a large sauce pan, HEAT chicken broth to boiling; STIR in spinach, orzo, carrots and meatballs.
3.
RETURN to boil; REDUCE heat to medium.
4.
COOK at slow boil, STIRRING frequently, until orzo is tender, about 10 minutes.
