Honey-Mustard Chicken

PREHEAT oven to 450 F2ARRANGE chicken in single layer in baking dish3STIR together honey, mustard, soy sauce, salt and hot red pepper4BRUSH chicken with half of the honey-mustard mixture and PLACE chicken in preheated oven5Immediately REDUCE oven temperature from 450 Fto 375 Fand BAKE 55 minutes or until glazed and cooked through--after 30 minutes, BASTE chicken with half of the remaining mixture; after 45 minutes, BASTE with remaining mixture.
