Ingredients

1 lb ground pork

1 tsp fennel seeds, grind using mortar and pestle

3/4 tsp minced garlic

1/2 tsp onion powder

1/2 tsp paprika

1 tsp crushed red pepper flakes, or to taste

1 tsp salt

1 tsp cracked black pepper

1/2 tsp oregano

1/4 tsp ground sage

1 tsp red wine vinegar

Directions

ADD all ingredients to a small mixing bowl; Thoroughly COMBINE using a kitchen fork.

PLACE in zip lock bag; STORE in refrigerator overnight.
