PREHEAT oven to 375°.

LAYER half of cooked noodles in buttered 2-quart baking dish.
3.
In a mixing bowl, COMBINE chopped ham and shredded cheese; in a separate bowl, MIX soup and milk.
4.
SPRINKLE half the ham/cheese mix over noodles; SPREAD half of soup mix over ham layer.
5.
LAYER the other half of cooked noodles; REPEAT step 4; DOT with butter; COVER loosely with foil.
6.
BAKE for 30 minutes.
