In a shallow dish, COMBINE soy, ginger, garlic, oil, vinegar, pepper flakes and five-spice.

PLACE meat in marinade, TURNING to coat.
3.
COVER; REFRIGERATE overnight.
4.
One hour before grilling, REMOVE steak from refrigerator.
5.
GRILL meat over medium heat 8 minutes per side (adjust time depending upon thickness of steak).
6.
Let STAND for 10 minutes; SLICE into 1/4-inch slices, across grain.
