In a mixing bowl, COMBINE oil, lemon juice, mustard, garlic and oregano.

ADD pork strips; REFRIGERATE.

In a small mixing bowl, COMBINE the 4 raita ingredients; SET ASIDE.

In an electric skillet, STIR FRY pork mixture over medium heat until pork is browned, about 3 minutes.

HALVE pita loaves; OPEN for a "pocket;" FILL half way with pork; TOP with raita.
