In a mixing bowl, WHISK together the sugar, flour, eggs, extract and salt; SET aside.

In a medium sauce pan, MELT the chocolate squares over low heat, STIRRING constantly once the melting begins.

ADD milk; continue to heat; STIR until well blended.

ADD sugar-flour mix to melted chocolate; INCREASE heat to medium; COOK, STIRRING constantly, until pudding thickens.
