1.

In heavy saucepan, over low heat, MELT chips with sweetened condensed milk, vanilla and salt.

2.

REMOVE from heat; STIR in nuts.

3.

SPREAD fudge into an aluminum foil-lined 8 or 9 inch square pan; CHILL 2 hours or until firm.

4.

TURN onto cutting board, PEEL off foil, CUT into squares.
