COOK pasta according to package directions; DRAIN; RINSE with cold water; PLACE in large bowl.

COMBINE salmon, peas and green onions with pasta.
3.
In a small bowl, STIR together mayonnaise, sour cream and dill; POUR over pasta mixture and toss gently.
4.
CHILL for 30 minutes before serving.
