PLACE potatoes in a large cookpot; COVER with water; BRING to a BOIL over medium-high heat.

REDUCE heat; COVER; COOK potatoes until tender, about 15-18 minutesDRAINTRANSFER potatoes to a large bowl.

In a small mixing bowl, WHISK the 7 vinaigrette ingredients until combined; POUR over warm potatoes; gently TOSS to coat; Allow to COOL slightly; COVER and REFRIGERATE until chilled.

4.

In a small mixing bowl, COMBINE mayonnaise and sour cream; STIR in radishes, onions, and parsley; ADD to potatoes; MIX gently.

5.

TOP salad with chopped eggs; CHILL until serving.
