RINSE and PICK OVER cranberries.

DRAIN the raspberries' liquid into a measuring cup; ADD enough orange juice to make 1 cup total.

TRANSFER the liquid, the cranberries, raspberries, sugar and orange peel to a saucepan.

Over medium-high heat, BRING mixture to a boil, STIRRING often, until the cranberries "pop," about 10 minutes; STIR well and remove from the heat.
5.
COVER; REFRIGERATE until chilled through, about 3 hours.
