These can be made ahead and frozen for later use; may also substitute kielbasa for the meatballs

In a large Dutch oven over medium heat, STIR together the 7 sauce ingredients; COOK, WHISKING occasionally, until smooth, about 5 minutes.

ADD meatballs, REDUCE heat to low; COOK, STIRRING occasionally, until meatball centers are no longer pink, about 20 minutes

In a large mixing bowl, COMBINE all 8 meatball ingredients; SHAPE into Individual 1" balls, about 54 total.

2.

In a large skillet over medium-high heat, COOK meatballs, in batches, until browned, about 5 minutes; REMOVE from pan; DRAIN well on paper towels.
