In a large mixing bowl, COMBINE the five dry ingredients.

In a sepate mixing bowl, WHISK together eggs, milk and oil; STIR into dry ingredients until just moistened.

3.

MEANWHILE, lightly SPRAY a giddle (or large electric skillet) with a non-stick product such as PAM; HEAT to 350°.

4.

Using a 1/4 cup measure, SCOOP up batter for each individual pancake and POUR onto heated griddle; TURN when bubbles on top of batter begin to form and pop; COOK until second surface is golden brown; REMOVE from heat and SERVE.
