Corn on the Cob

Delightful hack to fix corn on the cob in the microwave, using fresh corn still in husks

1.

STORE fresh corn in refrigerator; do NOT remove from husks; WET thoroughly.

2.

When ready to prepare, PLACE one ear of corn in microwave; do NOT remove husk.

3.

MICROWAVE for four minutes; when done, REMOVE from microwave using a hot pad.

4.

CUT off stem end, approximately 2 or 3 rows of kernels from the end.

5.

USING the hot pad, firmly grab the small end of the ear; PRESS and PUSH the end of the husk to slide out the ear; the husk, including the silk, will slide away, leaving a clean ear ready to salt, butter and eat.

6.

REPEAT for each ear.
