In a large mixing bowl, BEAT eggs and butter; MIX in next six ingredients.

STIR in flour, one cup at a time, MIXING well.
3.
ADD nuts; STIR.
4.
ROLL dough into logs (will make about four foot-long rolls); CHILL.
5.
When firm, SLICE dough into circles, about 1/2-inch thick.
6.
BAKE at 350F until done, about 10-15 minutes.
