Ingredients
12 oz canned tuna in water, drained
1/3 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup cashews, chopped
1/4 cup green onions, finely chopped
1/4 cup red and green bell peppers, finely chopped
1 tbsp sour cream
1/2 tsp cider vinegar
1/4 tsp salt
1 cup rice noodles, *see Note

In a large bowl, COMBINE all ingredients (except noodles-see serving suggestion)
