START rice cooking according to recipe.
2.
In a large skillet over medium-high heat, MELT butter; ADD onion, celery, pepper and ginger; STIR-FRY until just tender; SET aside in bowl.
3.
ADD oil to skillet; STIR-FRY meat until cooked through.
4.
REDUCE heat to medium-low; ADD soup, sherry, bean sprouts and soy sauce; STIR until heated through.
5.
RETURN vegetables and radishes to skillet; HEAT, STIRRING occasionally.
