In a medium-size mixing bowl, MIX sugar, cracker crumbs, peanut butter and butter until blended.

SCRAPE into ungreased 13 x 9-inch baking pan; PRESS into an even layer.

SPREAD melted chocolate chips over top.
4.
REFRIGERATE at least two hours until chocolate is firm; LET STAND at room temperature 15 to 20 minutes before cutting with sharp knife into bars.
