PREHEAT oven to 350 F.

GREASE 12 inch pizza pan.

PREPARE brownie mix as package directs for fudgy brownies; STIR chopped peanuts into batter.

SPOON mixture into prepared pan and BAKE 15 minutes; COOL in pan.
5.
For icing, SPREAD top with chocolate fudge topping to within 1/2 inch of edge; SPRINKLE with M&Ms.
6.
In small saucepan over low heat, MELT white chocolate; DRIZZLE over top with spoon.
