PREHEAT oven to 350° for standard loaf pan, or to 325° if using two-piece (self draining) pan.

MIX all ingredients in a large bowl.
3.
SHAPE mixture; PLACE in loaf pan lined with foil.
4.
COVER with foil; BAKE until done through, about 1 to 1 1/4 hours.
5.
REMOVE foil toward the end of cooking to brown the loaf.
6.
REMOVE from oven; PLACE on cooling rack; let STAND for 15 minutes before serving.
