2 tbsp chili powder

2 tbsp sugar

1/2 tsp salt

1/2 tsp fresh ground pepper

1/2 tsp paprika

1/2 tsp coriander

1/4 tsp garlic powder

1/4 tsp onion powder

1/4 tsp cumin

1/4 tsp oregano

1/8 tsp thyme

1/8 tsp ground ginger

1/8 tsp allspice

1/8 tsp cayenne pepper

Directions

In a small mixing bowl, BLEND all ingredients together.

STORE in an airtight jar

Use as a rub for meats or as a topping for vegetables, fruits or dressings.
