BRING salted water to roiling boil; slowly STIR in grits.
2.
COOK three minutes, STIRRING constantly.
3.
REMOVE from heat; STIR in margarine and garlic cheese.
4.
PUT eggs in a cup measure; ADD enough milk to total one cup; BEAT well; ADD to grits.
5.
POUR into a greased two quart casserole dish; BAKE, uncovered, at 300F for one hour.
