SHRED cheese; thoroughly MIX together cheese, margarine, salt, nuts and onion; ADD flour; MIX well.

SEPARATE dough into two equal portions; ROLL each portion into a long roll about 1 1/2" in diameter.
3.
WRAP rolls separately in waxed paper; REFRIGERATE overnight or until thoroughly chilled.
4.
Using a very sharp knife, CUT rolls in slices about one-eighth inch thick.
5.
PLACE slices on lightly greased baking sheet; BAKE in oven preheated to 350 Ffor 10 minutes or until lightly browned.
