COOK angel hair according to package instructions.

Saute cashews until crisp; set aside to cool.

Meanwhile, in a small mixing bowl, COMBINE soy sauce, cornstarch, garlic and chicken broth.

In a large skillet over medium-high heat, ADD olive and sesame oils; when heated, ADD chicken; STIR FRY until chicken no longer pink.

ADD sliced onions; STIR-FRY additional minute; REDUCE heat to medium.
6.
ADD the ingredients from step 3 to skillet; stir until sauce begins to thicken.
7.
DRAIN noodles; STIR into skillet; ADD cashews and chili sauce; HEAT through.
