HEAT a 10-inch skillet of low heat; SAUTE garlic in oil.

In a medium mixing bowl, TOSS bread cubes with hot garlic oil and salt.

3.

INCREASE heat to medium; ADD coated cubes; TOAST, TURNING and SHAKING, until crisp and golden brown, about 5-7 minutes.

REMOVE to bowl; SET aside.

In a small bowl, WHISK together lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, mayonnaise and garlic; SET aside.

2.

PLACE lettuce leaves in a large bowl; TOSS with oil; SPRINKLE with salt and pepper; TOSS again.

3.

DRIZZLE lemon mixture over lettuce; TOSS.

4.

ADD cheese; TOSS again.

5.

ADD croutons; TOSS and SERVE.
