In a small bowl, combine butter, lemon juice, chili powder, ginger and salt; RESERVE 1/4 cup of the mixture.

THREAD shrimp onto 8 metal (or soaked wooden) skewers.

GRILL shrimp over medium heat for 3-5 minutes on each side, until shrimp turn pink, basting occasionally with butter mixture.
4.
REMOVE from grill; BRUSH with reserved butter mixture.
