REMOVE pork from marinade; RESERVE marinade in a small saucepan.

GRILL pork over medium heat until meat reaches 160°, about 7 minutes per side.

Meanwhile, BRING reserved marinade to a boil; COOK, STIRRING occasionally, 2 minutes.
