In a skillet over medium heat, ADD olive oil; SAUTE garlic, onion and green pepper.

CRUMBLE chorizo into skillet; BROWN; DRAIN off fat.

MASH the beans; STIR beans into chorizo along with the green chile and jalapeno.
4.
COOK over low heat until beans are warm.
5.
HEAT each tortilla before PLACING 2 tablespoons of the bean and meat mixture in the center of the tortilla; ROLL up; FOLD in the ends.
