PREHEAT oven to 375°.

In a medium bowl, MIX together the artichoke hearts, Parmesan, mayo, pepper and chiles.

PLACE chicken in a greased baking dish; COVER evenly with artichoke mixture.

BAKE, uncovered, until chicken is no longer pink and the juices run clear, about 30 minutes.
