PUREE tomato sauce, chili powder, cumin, ground pepper, olives, jalapeno pepper and garlic in blender.

SPREAD pork cubes in a flat container and SPREAD 1/2 of sauce evenly over meat; COVER and REFRIGERATE 30 minutes.

THREAD peppers, onions and meat alternately on skewers.
4.
GRILL skewers, brushing with reserved sauce during cooking.
