PRESS grated zucchini between paper towels to remove excess moisture.

COMBINE zucchini, eggs, 1 cup mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, and flour in a medium bowl; STIR well.

SPREAD in a greased 13x9x2-inch baking pan.
4.
BAKE uncovered at 350 F for 20-25 minutes.
5.
REMOVE from oven; BRUSH surface with oil.
6.
BROIL 5 1/2 inches from heat for 5 minutes.
7.
REMOVE from oven; SPREAD spaghetti sauce on top of zucchini mixture.
8.
SPRINKLE with remaining 1 cup of mozzarella, oregano, and red pepper.
9.
BAKE uncovered at 350 F an additional 20 minutes.
