COOK orzo in boiling, salted water until just tender; DRAIN well; SET aside.

In a large saucepan over medium heat, HEAT oil; ADD onion, garlic and chiles; SAUTÉ until onion begins to brown, about 4 minutes.

ADD chicken; SAUTÉ 1 minute.

ADD broth, lime juice and cilantro; SIMMER until chicken is cooked through, about 3 minutes.
5.
MIX in orzo; STIR in chopped cilantro; SEASON with salt and pepper.
