In a large pot over medium heat, MIX together sausage, onion and garlic, COOKING until onion softens.

2.

ADD beans,chiles, broth and the three seasonings; STIR together.

3.

SIMMER for 30 minutes.

4.

STIR in sour cream and heavy cream; SIMMER an additional 5 minutes.
