1.

LINE an 8-inch square pan with foil, letting ends extend above pan on 2 sides.

2.

COMBINE evaporated milk, marshmallow creme, sugar and butter in a medium saucepan.

3.

BRING to a boil, STIRRING constantly to prevent scorching; REDUCE heat to minimum and boil 5 minutes; REMOVE from heat.

4.

STIR in chips until melted; STIR in vanilla and walnuts until blended.

5.

POUR into lined pan; CHILL 2 hours or until firm.

6.

LIFT foil by ends onto cutting board; CUT into squares.
