1.

BROWN sausage in medium skillet, stirring to break up into small bits; DRAIN well on paper towels.

2.

SCATTER sausage over bottom of greased casserole dish.

3.

BEAT eggs in a large bowl; ADD milk, cheese, onion and potatoes.

4.

POUR into casserole, spreading mix evenly over sausage.

5.

BAKE at 375° F for 60-70 minutes.
