In a sealable container, COMBINE sherry, soy, ginger, garlic, sesame oil and red pepper; ADD steak strips.

SEAL container; SHAKE until strips are coated; let STAND for 15 minutes.

POUR off excess marinade; RESERVE.

ADD olive oil to an electric skillet; HEAT to medium hot; STIR-FRY marinated steak until browned, about 10 minutes.
5.
Start ramen COOKING according to directions on package (do not add flavoring packet).
6.
REMOVE steak from skillet; KEEP warm; REDUCE heat in skillet to simmer.
7.
DISSOLVE cornstarch in reserved marinade and water; ADD to skillet; bring to a BOIL, STIRRING constantly; STIR in cooked ramen.
