TRIM fat from meat; CUT into 4 serving-sized pieces.

COMBINE flour, salt and pepper; using a notched meat mallet, POUND flour mixture into meat.

In a large skillet, HEAT oil; ADD meat; BROWN on both sides.

DRAIN off fat; ADD undrained tomatoes, onion, celery and carrot.
5.
BRING to boiling; REDUCE heat; COVER; Let SIMMER until meat is tender, about 1 1/4 hours.
6.
In the meantime, PREPARE noodles according to package instructions.
