In a small mixing bowl, COMBINE the 4 topping ingredients.

Lightly BUTTER a 1-quart casserole dish; POUR filling into dish; SPRINKLE with topping mix.

4.

BAKE at 350° for 30 minutes.

May substitute 1 teaspoon bourbon for vanilla.
