PREHEAT oven to 350 F.

BUTTER 8 x 8 x 2-inch glass baking dish.
3.
BLEND all ingredients in processor until almost smooth.
4.
POUR batter into prepared dish; BAKE until pudding is brown and center is just set, about 45 minutes.
5.
REMOVE from oven and cool ten minutes.
