Swedish Meatball Sauce
Use with packaged Swedish Meatballs from IKEA, etc.

In a medium saucepan over medium-low heat; MELT butter; SAUTE garlic in butter for 1 minute.

STIR in flour; COOK, STIRRING, until blended, about 2 minutes.
3.
STIR in broth and half and half; COOK until mixture reaches a low boil.
4.
ADD cream cheese; STIR until smooth.
5.
ADD meatballs; SIMMER until flavors are blended, about 10-15 minutes(NOTE: start noodles cooking at this step)
