Directions
1.
STIR together spicy seasoning ingredients; SET aside.
2.
SLICE pork into thin strips, about 2-inches long; TOSS with half of spicy seasoning; SET aside.
3.
TOSS pepper, apple and pecan with remaining spicy seasoning; SET aside.
4.
In a large, non-stick skillet over medium-high (375 F) heat, HEAT half of oil.
5.
STIR-FRY pepper, apple and pecan mixture until pepper strips are translucent, about two minutes; REMOVE from skillet.
6.
ADD rest of oil to skillet; STIR-FRY pork strips until done through.
7.
RETURN pepper-apple mix to skillet; REDUCE heat; STIR until heated through.
