Start COOKING angel hair pasta according to package directions.

In a small mixing bowl, COMBINE broth, chili oil, soy sauce, cornstarch and vinegar; SET aside.

In a large skillet over medium heat, ADD vegetable oil; SAUTE ginger and garlic until fragrant, about one minute.
4.
ADD scallions; COOK one minute.
5.
DRAIN cooked noodles; ADD noodles and broth mixture to skillet; COOK, STIRRING, until sauce is thickened, about two minutes.
